Nope, someone said somewhere that this is the Plan B. Dump him when its cheapest, the "deadwood" can go with him on Bosmans....and....it might explain their reluctance to turn this January into a Dugarry January.

:o

This is the only way you can explain the paultry half mill spent in January. Sullivan is not silly. ;)

Sullivan ducking out of tonights end of season dinner, says the players are not speaking to him, and he is not speaking to them!!
Goes on to say he cant be in the same room as them after this season because he is scared of what he might say to them!!

Fair play to him i say, at least he is hurting, but i wonder if he hurts as much as i still do!

I know a lot of people really dislike DS on a personal level, but I do think he has a lot of admirable qualities. People say SB is an good honest bloke etc, but for me the one honest guy at this club at board/manager level is DS who pulls no punches and is not afraid of being disliked to say what (sometimes, at least) needs to be said.

Fair play to him.

strangely enough, my Arsenal-supporting half brother works as a chef at Villa Park, and the amount of times i've told him to spike the food must be well into the hundreds lol

Where are the facts to support the propostion that a smaller percentage than 48% of "the general blues supporting public" would be happy if Bruce left?

In the Birmingham Mail.
The three Birmingham Mail surveys show that on average fans are in favour of keeping SB. Two surveys fairly heavily in favour of him staying, and, hhe one survey that marginally showed in favour of replacing him was immediately after the 0 - 7 loss to Liverpool. Unfortunately I do not believe there has been a survey recently. Just going on what has been done.

Fair play to him, its nice to know someones angry at our situation, because it hurts! I was getting a bit fed up of seeing David Golds reaction....

and where does your 48% on here want him to stay.

i will admit that it is not sweeping one way or the other on here, and far to much apathy imo on what is important decision for the club and fans to make.

but 48% wnat him to go and 52% want him to stay, or is 48% want him to go and the other 52% either want him to stay or are not sure??

either way that is a very very worrying stat as a manger to keep control of you fans, players and board support, especially as that nuimber is only likely to grow over the coming weeks not diminish

CORRECTION

Sorry, miscalc (forgot about the not sure's at the bottom of my page)

To stay ~ 49.3%
To go ~ 46.4%
Undecided ~ 4.3%

The surevy has achieved one of it's objectives, That it has stopped the 'To go' people continually saying there are only three people on the board who want Bruce to stay.

Can it help people to respect each others positions and views. Stlightly maybe, but there is still a sense of denial from the to go people, about the position and logic of the to stay people. Don't see much of that diesresepct the other way.

To be honest Wisel, i dont think it matters a rats a4se what percentage a survey on here (pc owners only) or the Evening Mail (readers only) says , the one that would matter is the one not done !

Fans in the ground !

After all, they're the ones that pay their money, and if they stop, no need for any vote or poll !

I know i for one will be voting by witholding the £2000 that i gave the club upfront last season, and paying as i see fit, and i'm not alone in that attitude !

Whatever meets your need mr.penguin I guess.

The survey I carried out will be out of date, but it was very comprehensive, and was carried out without bias.

However, as I said, the surevy did achieve at least one of it's many aims, that of getting some respect from the anti lobby, for the pro lobby.

I assume you are not just trying to undermine that respect again, are you?

I just thought it misleading to suggest that there is a 50/50 split, when the most recent thread suggests otherwise. I have no agenda. Everyone is entitled to their view.

Why is it that you can post percentages, but when I do the same (without any commentary, I might add, just giving the figures) you suspect bad faith ?
